蔡明仁師父生於菲律賓馬尼拉市. 1977 年在嶺南學武. 1982年參加過於台灣台中市舉行之中華國術第二屆亞洲錦標賽. 1988年加入菲律賓武術協會. 1991年代表菲律賓國家武術隊參加於北京市主辦第一屆世界武術錦標賽.
Arnold Buenviaje shifu was born in Manila, he began learning traditional
Wushu at Ling Nam Athletic Association in 1977, he was a member of the Wushu
team that participated in the Second Asian Chinese Kuoshu Tournament
that was held at Taichung, Taiwan in 1982. He joined Wushu
Federation Philippines in 1988 , he became part of the Philippine Wushu Team
that saw action at the First World Wushu Championship in Beijing, China
1991. In 1990 he participated in the Lion Dance competition during the
International Wushu Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After doing
contemporary Wushu he went back in teaching traditional Wushu at Ling Nam.
In 1993 he competed as part of Ling Nam team in the International Tanglang
Quan Competition in Yantai China, where he got 3 gold medals. While in Yantai,
he became the disciple of Grandmaster Zhong Lianbao In 1995 he
attended the International Lion Dance Judge seminar organized by the
International Dragon and Lion Dance Association and was certified by the
organization. He also studied Fushou Dragon dance that year with Ting Wan
Kee shifu of Singapore. In 1998, he received his 2nd Dan degree in Pak Hok
Pai from Cheung Kwok Wah shifu , and in year 2000 he received the
certificate of authority to propagate the art of Pak Hok Pai boxing from the
the Hong Kong Pak Hok Pai Athletic Federation. In 2007 he instructed the
Ming Sheng Wushu team to compete in the International Praying Mantis Convention
Tournament where his students got 8 gold medals.
In the past shifu Buenviaje have been invited and have performed among them
were the 1983 4th World Chinese Kuoshu Tournament, Tainan, Taiwan; 1991
Southeast Asian Games Wushu Night, Manila Philippines; 1998 World of Wushu,
Manila, Philippines; 1998 Southeast Asian Wushu and Qigong Exhibition Show,
Penang, Malaysia. He have also competed in the 1982 2nd Asian Chinese Kuoshu
Tournament, Taichung, Taiwan, 1990 International Wushu Championship Lion
Dance Event, Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia; 1991 1st World Wushu Championship,
Beijing, China; 1993 International Tanglang Wushu Competition, Yantai, China,
he lead the Ming Sheng Wushu Team to Hong Kong as coach during the First Annual
Mantis Boxing Competition and he was invited in July 2007 to perform during the
founding anniversary of Penang Tang Lang Martial Arts Societyin Malaysia.
Buenviaje shifu have held different positions in several organization in the
past namely Wushu Instructor of Ballet Philippines, Wushu coaching staff of
Wushu Federation Philippines, committee member Filipino Chinese Amateur
Athletic Federation Wushu committee. He presently holds the position of
founder and chief instructor of Philippine Cai Mingren Wushu Association,
chief instructor of Philippine Chi Ching Wushu Association, chief instructor
Ming Sheng Wushu Association, Wushu instructor of Manila Downtown YMCA Wushu
Class,
chief instructor of Philippine Su Kuang Institute Wushu team, superintendent
of Qixing Tanglang Quan Association Philippines, Wushu adviser of Penang
Leng Nann Martial Arts Center of Malaysia, honorary chairman of Penang Tang
Lang Martial Arts Society of Malaysia and a honorary member of Yantai
International Tanglangquan Union.
